We have not been participating in the Pinecrest Gardens market for some time and unfortunately we have not been able to make any mango jam this season.

Winter Squash season is upon us and if you are like us you’re wondering what to do with those leftover seeds.
Whatever you do, don’t toss them! Clean them and try this simple recipe for a spicy, healthy snack.
Copperpot’s Sriracha Roasted Squash Seeds
1 cup cleaned squash or pumpkin seed
1 pinch kosher salt
3 tablespoons Copperpot’s Sriracha
Place clean seeds in a bowl, add salt and Sriracha. Mix well. Spread on a lightly greased baking sheet so that seeds are in one layer. Bake seeds in oven at 350degrees for 15 to 20 minutes depending on how crispy you like them.
When done allow to cool and break apart seeds.
Eat as a snack, or top a salad with them.
