Copperpot’s on Levantate!
Friday morning Copperpot’s got the opportunity to introduce our jams and their uses to the multi-national viewer base of Telemundo’s morning show, Levantate!
Vanessa got to spend time with Chef James Tahhan she got tell him how Copperpot’s got started, let him taste the products and watch him cook something using our Jalapeno Jam!
The whole experience was humbling. We were so excited to have so many people hear the name Copperpot’s! The staff and talent at the Telemundo studios were so nice and really tried to show us the ropes. They also enjoyed some samples, but who can blame them for that?
Thank you t0 those who made this possible!

Let us know how you think Vanessa did after you watch the video!

Anonymous asked: Hi Tom & Vanessa! Rebecca here. Just entered the burger beast contest and was stalking the Copperpot's website for answers to the questions and saw the recipe section. Thought I'd contribute a recipe I made over the holidays with the Five Spice Pineapple Jam, I kinda made it up on the fly mocking Panda Expresses Honey Walnut Shrimp and it came out even better. Let's see.... 5 Tablespoon's Jam, 1 T. Mustard, 2 T. soy sauce and add shrimp and toasted walnuts. Serve over white rice. Yum. :)
Your recipes are so awesome Rebecca! :)

Sometimes you’ve just got to go with your gut, that’s what Head Jammer Tom did with his Strawberry Basil Jam idea for Copperpot’s.
A touch of basil brings a pop of flavor to what is probably the most loved jam ever. You’ve got one last chance to get your hands on this tasty treat this weekend at Pinecrest Gardens. We doubt we will have any strawberry jam again until the season starts back up so don’t let this opportunity slip by.Slow down, jam on!

Made a delish new meal tonight….Jalepeno Citrus Pork with Orange Zest Rice.
4 Pork Chops
Juice of 2 Oranges
4 tbs of Jalepeno Jam
Mix Juice and Jam together and pour over pork chops. Marinate for an hour. Sear pork chops in shallow pan, lower heat and allow to cook slowly until done.
Zest one orange into a cup of rice and cook as usual.
