Born into an Italian-American family Tom grew up in the kitchen where food appreciation began early for him. As he matured so did his tastes, the roots of his foods including their ingredients and their sources became his passion. He experimented constantly, finding old recipes making them his own by tweaking details here and there – one day jam was on the experimenting list. What’s this? This jam is delicious! Friends and family encouraged him to move forward and bring about a product missing from the Miami market; this is where Copperpot’s was born. Copperpot’s stands for a home kitchen where flavors are shared with customers who become friends -- it is the reason we slow down and jam on.
